"Dr Oubre's bed side manners are fantastic He is always very professional. I believe He has done to date 3 colonoscopys on me in approximately 15 years. All have been very good and healthy experien."
"Very professional and easy to talk too. Would highly recommend seeing him if you are having trouble swallowing food. Also did my colonoscopy, will be back in five years!"
"Because of having a history of colon cancer in my family, I have been advised to get regular colonoscopies. Each one has been a positive experience. The people here have always gone out of their way to make me comfortable and at ease. Even if you don’t have this disease in your family, GO GET A COLONOSCOPY! It could save your life."
"Dr. Barker is the best! I am so grateful to have him as my doctor because he makes me feel that my concerns matter. He takes his time to listen to your concerns, provides a solution to the problem, and is very thorough. I was in the hospital for the first time in my life. After several weeks of losing blood, several visits to the emergency room, three blood transfusions and not knowing the cause. Dr. Barker was the first doctor to suggest an iron infusion. After the iron infusion, my blood count began to rise, and I was finally able to be released from the hospital. Dr. Barker also performed an Upper Endoscopy and a Colonoscopy on me as well."
"I just finished my periodic colonoscopy yesterday with Dr. Be. He has done my scopes for a long time. Just wanted to drop a quick review of how excellent the process is handled at the GI Clinic and I highly recommend them!"
"I really liked my experience at Dr. Kirk Mullins office with the Gastroenterologist Associates. The staff were friendly and professional. "Dr. Be has been my gastrointerologist for years now, and I simply love him. He's a very caring, concerned and knowledgeable physician. I moved to Georgia from Baton Rouge 2 years ago. But when I found out that I needed a colonoscopy I flew to Baton Rouge to see him. He is the best and I highly recommend him if you're in need of a gastrointerologist."
"Dr Alapati recently performed a gastroscopy and colonoscopy for me . He listened to all of my concerns and allowed me as much time as I needed to ask questions . He explained everything with great knowledge and kindness . I appreciate everything that he has done for me and would recommend him to anybody ."
"The LA Endoscopy center is well equipped and it provides the best care . Dr. Neelima Reddy is very professional and knowledgeable. I am her patient for many years and she always provided me with the excellent care and the information related to examination. Also, she and her staff, are always approachable for any questions needed. I had both GED and Colonoscopy . The preparation were excellent. After the procedure is finished Dr. Reddy explained the results and provided me with all information. It is very comforting to know that in case of your sickness you have an excellent doctor that care. Thanks Dr.Reddy I appreciate ❤️🙏"

"Dr. Maltbie is an AWESOME doctor. He is very generous and straight to the point. The nurses also at Gastroenterology Associates in Baton Rouge are also Awesome. My wife had a colonoscopy done by Dr. Maltbie and with his experience it was determined that my wife may have colon cancer. He had all images and surgeon scheduled ASAP!! Thanks Dr. Maltbie there is not enough STARS to REVIEW you and your Associates. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"
"Dr. Prasad Alapati is a very kind and caring physician. As a gastroenterologists, he keeps me free of colon cancer by regular exams. It should be noted that colon cancer is the only form of cancer that is preventable as regular Colonoscopies allow the physician to remove polyps before they can develop into colon cancer. Dr. Alapati's manner makes having a colonoscopy, a procedure thay many people fear a good event with a good outcome. Even the prepatory medications have improved to be not nearly as uncomfortable as they had been in the past. I can highly recommend Dr. Alapati as a gastroenterologist. He is a scholar and a gentleman!"
"Dr Chauvin has great bedside manner. Very thorough and explains clearly the medical condition and options. I would highly recommend him for colonoscopy and all other gastro needs."
"Dr. Lobrano is a very knowledgeable and thorough physician. She really follows up well with her clients who.have had issues that need close followup regimen. I am so grateful for this. Last year I had a Colonoscopy and had 16 polyps. Well now, she advises me to see her yearly to keep a close eye on this condition. I really appreciate this. I would appreciate, however, in future that they would have a process of checking on patient's wait time before seeing the doctor. I waited over an hour before being seen. The problem this posed for me was that I took off unpaid time from work. So financially this caused problems for my pay as well as being back on work to do my job. If they could devise a system whereby if patients waited more than 15 or 20 mins., to notify registration clerks then maybe this would expedite the process."
"My colonoscopy and upper GI was a breeze, thanks to Dr Be and his great team of nurses. Dr Be is not only kind and and easy to talk with, but understanding of his patient’s fears and expectations. I would recommend him without a doubt."
"All of the staff was exceptional - from receptionists, to aids, to nurses, anesthesiologists, and my doctor. Dr. Be and his team made the whole experience a positive one....No one likes a colonoscopy, but it’s necessary. So, I recommend the best. The facility is spotless. The entire team works seamlessly and efficiently together. Dr. Be explains what will happen beforehand, and he provides feedback immediately after I woke up. If you’re looking for a gastroenterologist, I’ve found the best."
"Had to give Dr. Oubre a review since I saw he only had one and it only had one star. We LOVE Dr. Oubre. He can run a bit late on appointments (all the best Dr's do) but never 2 hours. We go every four months and 30 mins behind is typical: an hour is the absolute most we have waited. He was 100% on time for my dad's colonoscopy. Excellent bedside manner. He has without a doubt added years to my father's life."
