Dr Lamendola is a fantastic doctor. Smart, professional, caring and thorough. The only negative is his long wait time - typically about an hour.

Everyone was so helpful, professional and shared personality with me which made the whole experience enjoyable a Strange word to use for a Nerve Conduction Test. But thats what it was Enjoyable. U should have more of your employees interact with the patients
Once again, care and service was excellent. I have no complaints, only praise. My colonoscopy went smoothly and the staff kept me informed as to the time process. Dr. Walsh and all the nurses were very courteous and worked efficiently.
My doctor, physician assistants and nurse practitioners provide compassionate quality care.
My only concern is engaging with administrative resources. The portal and text messaging platforms are not connected. Billing for multiple services using the same billing office but different statements is confusing. Getting calls from a Texas billing office with a different name than Gastroenterology Associates requesting PHI when the patient does not know who they are. Their business office processes could deliver better customer experience.

This visit I saw Brittany Hall P.A. I enjoyed talking with her, she listened to my concerns intently. She is very thorough.

The staff is wonderful. Everyone is kind and friendly, and made me feel at ease before my procedure. Dr. Lamendola has been my doctor for years now and there aren't enough wonderful things I can say about her. She listens, she's incredibly knowledgeable, and her concern for me is always genuine.
